Semi-Outbound Training – Leadership Development

This programme could be conducted for professionals at any level in the organization. This is a two-day programme and contains 10 games and 6 motivational videos.

Objective
Every solar system needs a guiding star and every team needs a leader. Without the presence of the leader, the team is unmindful of its duties. A leader streamlines the actions of every individual to make it a team effort. The leader is a guide, a motivator and a strong minded personality.

The team is then given a task and the leader has to take decisions with regard to the task given. Any mistake made on the part of the leader could be very awful for the team.

Through this programme, the leader is tested under different conditions to identify their strengths and weaknesses with respect to being a leader.
