Benefits of this module
Such programmes help the participants to understand their position with respect to the benchmarked people in their industry. It helps a person understand his strengths, weaknesses, and abilities. It makes a person aware of things that he didn’t know about himself. He understands what perceptions others have about him and the reason for the same. He is given opportunities to explore himself and his abilities.

This module is very helpful for people who are just about to step into or those who have just recently stepped into the corporate world. It helps them realize their drawbacks and rectify themselves.

Guidelines
The ADC is required to be well drafted for the participant to get a complete and accurate picture of himself. The ADC should have a variety of activities testing the participant on various competencies and during each activity every participant is required to be observed and interpreted. To support this process are the psychometric tests which also give an insight into an individual’s personality. The programme should be used for the betterment of the individual.
